Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various lenders to secure the most advantageous terms for clients, demonstrating expertise in Australian major banks' policies and products.
- Manage and fulfill clients' commercial finance needs, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assess loan requests, providing detailed written evaluations and recommendations for approval.
- Ensure adherence to banking and finance regulations within the jurisdiction of the client.
- Educate clients on the legal aspects and payment terms of loans, including default consequences.
- Maintain a comprehensive client database for efficient communication and record-keeping.
- Serve as an intermediary between lenders and clients seeking mortgage loans.
- Oversee the loan process from application to settlement, maintaining clear communication with both parties.
- Attend weekly company meetings and bank training sessions as required.
- Coordinate loan closings, ensuring accurate preparation and execution of documents.
- Achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through lead generation, leveraging existing networks, and exploring new introducer channels.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in new markets for loan products.
Skills & Experience:

- Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the broking field in loan processing, brokerage, or a related field is preferred.
