Our Mortgage Broker Office is expanding and we require another Administrative Assistant / Loan Processor to work Mon - Fri from 9am to 1pm, although start and finish times are flexible.

We need people that can communicate in a clear and concise manner, that have outstanding attention to detail and LOVE helping and guiding clients in a calm and efficient manner to realise their home ownership dreams.
The right candidate will have above average computer skills, learning bespoke systems and comfortably navigating between multiple applications and screens - Experience using the Microsoft Office suite a must. They will have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. They will have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive. They will be patient and supportive when their clients' are feeling overwhelmed.
Any experience in the finance industry is an advantage, but not essential.
