Your new role
As a Loan Processor you will:
- Work with home loan applications from both the direct and broker channels
- Assist in the end to end loan application process through reviewing, assessing and validating loan documentation
- Liaise with customers and brokers explaining loan options, assessing financials and inputting loan data
- Adhere to all policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Perform quality checks on processed loan applications
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience across home loans including verification, financial analysis and document preparation
- The ability to change, be adaptable and think on your feet
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain loan options and processes clearly
- Good understating of the PAYG home loan process, how to prepare an application to present to credit and associated legislative requirements
- You will have good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
