We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join us as a Client Service Manager (CSM). As a crucial member of our team, the CSM will play a pivotal role in supporting our brokers and ensuring the seamless operation of our business. This role requires a keen focus on delivering unparalleled service to our clients, along with proficiency in loan processing, servicing calculators, and online application systems.

• Provide invaluable support and assistance to our brokers
• Essential experience in loan processing, servicing calculators, and online application systems
• Preferable knowledge of MyCRM or similar aggregator CRM platforms
• Possess a professional telephone manner
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Exemplary organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
