Ideally after someone to work school hours and work 3-4 days per week but we are flexible for the right applicant and we are also open to this being a full time role for the right fit.
Dream Financing is a rapidly growing family owned finance broking and accounting business in Brendale on Brisbane’s North side. We offer lending for residential houses, commercial properties, business purchases, cars and equipment and also offer accounting services (this job is just for the lending side). This role is open for both full time or part time applicants with the ability to work school hours for the right applicant. The role will be based in our vibrant Brendale office however we are a tech savvy firm with the ability for this new staff member to work from home when required. We have a team of broking, loan processing, chartered accountants and an administration team to the accounting team. Your role is to come in as a Loan Processor that will allow our current broker and processor the opportunity to hunt more business and write more deals. This role will report to Brenton and assist him in processing his loans. We need a highly driven, customer-focused and friendly person with superior communications skills to support our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the lending environment as a Loan Processor but we are willing to take on a person with limited experience if they have the right attitude and strong general skills. FLEX software experience is ideal if having worked for an AFG broker before.
Key functions will be to :-
- Support and assist the brokers in day to day activities including admin and data entry
- Provide excellent service and communication with clients
- Follow up clients for supporting documentation to assist in their loan application
- Analysing the documents from clients to submit an application
- Submitting loan applications and following up with lenders as to the process
- Liaise with lenders and other industry participants
The candidate would need to have
- Experience in a mortgage broking firm preferred or possibly a lender.
- Have worked in home loan processing or have experience in lending (preferred).
- Be quite analytical, structured, process orientated and personally organised.
- Have good initiative.
- Be a self-starter, who has high standards and sets themselves goals and goes about achieving them.
- You will definitely need to have good attention to detail.
