Focus Finance is a Mortgage Broker company based in Newcastle servicing clients throughout the local area, the Hunter Valley and Australia wide. We provide lending solutions to all forms of Home & Investment Lending at all stages. We manage clients from first home buyers to large property portfolios. Our services also include Asset Finance, SMSF & Business lending. 

We work with clients and referral parties on a national level, providing assistance to clients in all different states purchasing properties all over Australia, your exposure to multiple markets is a guaranteed acceleration to your learning experience.

Role Overview

Our Broker Associates are responsible for the end to end management of the client application process, from initial lead through to post settlement and follow up. 

This involves nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, whilst ensuring a smooth process is experienced by all, whilst our existing client base is receiving superb on-going service. 

The client types are dynamic and a broad range of applications are available to learn and grow your knowledge around.

Unlike a lot of work places and large financial institutions your career progression is not reliant on another to vacate a role, you will have the ability to step up into a Mortgage Broker position as soon as you're ready. 

All qualifications required are provided on the job, nothing needed to start. 

This is a full time position Mon-Fri. This is an office based role in Honeysuckle.
