SalaryDue to growth, a position has arisen in our Parramatta office to help assist our team of experienced brokers manage our clients needs. In the role, you will get an exposure to a variety of stakeholders, customers and insurers. The day to day responsibilities will be varied and not limited to:
- Be a point of contact for clients wanting to obtain credit reports and information.
- Assist in the negotiations with insurance partners on our clients behalf to get the best levels of cover possible.
- Help drive the workflows for annual policy renewals.
- Process monthly invoicing.
- Assist our clients with policy compliance.

The successful applicant will:
- Have experience working in a customer service or sales environment.
- Be competent in using Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft applications.
- Ideally have some exposure to invoicing and other parts of the finance function.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Debtor Protect promotes a flexible working environment. Initially the role will be full time and based in our Parramatta office.
