About the role
We are looking for an admin superstar to assist our Operations team and coordinate our ever-expanding fundraising teams across Australia and New Zealand!
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Admin support for all Fundraising teams
- Booking locations for our fundraising teams
- Accurate record keeping
- Issuing and tracking stock and materials
- Reporting and planning team movements
- Assisting the face to face management team
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be hungry to use their previous office experience to coordinate admin duties while having effective time management and organisational skills to source and book high quality locations for our fundraising teams
- Previous experience in administration
- Ability to schedule and plan effectively
- Have great computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Strong communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Patience and a great phone manner
- Fantastic time & expectation management and prioritising skills
