Form of workBased in the beautiful community - Ramingining, you will manage the daily operations of the 21-room accommodation facility and provide guests with a positive experience. You will provide your Yolgnu team members with meaningful training, employment, and career pathways.
This position is based in Ramingining, NT.
What we are looking for in a desired candidate
- Previous experience managing a lodge or accommodation facility.
- Experience in adhering to and reporting key performance indicators in a supervisory role.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills including proficient written and oral communication skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and ethnic origin.
- Previous experience Little Hotelier booking system is desirable.
- Salary Packaging of $15899.00 and a meal benefit of $2650.00 all TAX FREE
