About the RoleDue to our continued growth/success, we are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our Logistics team in this newly created role. Reporting to our site Construction Manager, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions within the logistics space. This role will be a FIFO, 3:1 roster based in Port Hedland with the point of hire as Perth.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:Maintain accurate records of containers inventory
Processing inbound delivers and supervise the unpacking of containers Document and control of material handover to work crews
Maintain the BOM for the project reporting on any discrepancies
Manage damaged goods and control of any quarantined items.Identify and address logistics issues promptly
Adhoc administration tasks as required
About YouThe successful candidate will have strong administration background and will be able to demonstrate the following; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
Team player but able to work autonomously
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
