ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has come up for a team member to step into a Logistics Coordinator role based at our Dexter Drive Warehouse in Epping.
We are looking for a team member to partner with one our long-term customers in a Logistics Coordinator position. The successful applicant will be assisting in coordinating the logistics solutions of our customer and providing a face-to-face solution directly with the 3PL provider.
You will be adding support & value to the company's performance through effective communication with both internal and external customers. Assist the Supply Chain Manager & Finance teams with 3PL stock reconciliations, order invoicing, customer returns & credits, POD management and domestic ordering of stock. Support Supply Chain projects through build, test and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with 3PL warehouse and managing /delivering stock to customers
- Ensure customer enquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively through
timely and accurate order processing and problem solving - Basic understanding of finance processes (Customer credit limit & credit status). Work closely with accounts to confirm new payments and request the release of Sales orders within the SAP system
- Provide interface between customers, sales, 3PL logistics and the credit team
- In conjunction with Sales team, manage all allocation of limited edition/special stock ensuring orders processed do no exceed agreed upon quantities

Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience working as Procurement officer or equivalate preferably in FMCG
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Proven success in multi-tasking and demonstration of time management skills
- 2+ years’ experience working within the customer service/operational team of a distribution company
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Pronto)
