Responsibilities:
Machine Building:
- Assemble and build air-conditioning units and related machinery according to precise specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all machines meet operational standards.
Freight Organization:
- Plan and organize the shipment of goods and equipment domestically and internationally.
- Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Ordering and Shipping:
- Manage the entire ordering process for parts, supplies, and equipment needed for operations.
- Oversee the shipping process to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders, maintaining communication with vendors and clients.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement efficient stock management strategies.
Vendor Coordination:
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, manage deliveries, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible rates and service.
Logistics Planning:
- Develop and implement logistics plans to optimize the supply chain and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate logistics operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all logistics activities, including shipping records, invoices, and inventory logs.
Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing logistics-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
