Primary Responsibility:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the frontline recruitment process in AUS and NZ whilst supporting our internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. At Americold, we pride ourselves on retaining and employing amazing talent, in your role as Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will play a pivotal part in the onboarding of all new associates.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pools.
- Manage high volume recruitment whilst maintaining speed to market.
- Coordinate interviews, and onboarding process for all frontline associates.
- Coordinate & check new associate paperwork, including organising all background checks and PPE.
What Experience and Education You Need :
Ideally you are someone who has exceptional attention to detail and who prides themselves on being deadline oriented and can maintain a high level of productivity.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within recruitment, either coordinator or administrator level.
- Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- High attention to detail, excellent planning, and organisational skills
- The ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
What Could Set You Apart:
- Experience in a similar role within blue collar, transport / logistics highly regarded.
- Experience with Oracle would be highly advantageous.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
