Logistics & Customer Service Support Campbellfield Immediate start Casual/ Temp role Monday-Friday/ Hybrid Role Our client who is one of Australia's leading suppliers of PVC resin, polymer additive and wood-plastic composites are looking for an experienced Logistics & Customer Service Support individual to join their site in Campbellfield for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will preferably be someone with experience in Transport or Manufacturing. Plus have very good communication skills and able to perform well in a busy environment. Key responsibilities: Customer order fulfilments: Receive, process and close customer orders. Raise Customer Service and Delivery/Supply chain related customer complaints. Collate stock movements, weighbridge information. Logistics Operations: Update customer inventory graphs for distribution Advise service providers of daily delivery schedules. Check and process service provider invoices for payment. Invoicing and Reporting: Check and issue sales invoices & complete sales reconciliations. Complete monthly consignment stock reconciliations and invoices if required. Key skills and attributes required for the role: Intermediate computer skills Great communication skills Experience in Customer Service.
