AddressLogistics Manager (Mat Leave Contract)
As our Logistics Manager you will be responsible for all day-to-day distribution channels for B2B, B2C & Reverse Logistics via the Supply Chain department. This position leads and plays a pivotal role in enhancing the team's overall success and performance. You will have a wide scope over the department, from overseeing transport partners, analysing relevant data and liaising with internal departments. This is a fixed-term Maternity Leave contract.
Key accountabilities:
- Support Supply Chain Director on strategy execution for logistics and warehousing for Pacific (Continuous Improvement initiatives)
- Support Supply Chain Director to manage Financial Budgets and be proactive around OPEX/Capex initiatives
- Responsible for Inventory integrity, quality assurance and control underpin all processes for all Distribution channels
- Monitor and align forecasts for all distribution channels working with Supply, e-Comm and Merchandise departments
- Maintain consistent Communication with DSM (Divisional Sales managers), RSMs (Regional Sales Managers) to collaborate with continuous improvement initiatives for all Stores and Fans
- Lead control meetings with Suppliers, identifying issues and actions to be taken to resolve challenges and improve the service levels.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions where necessary
- Manage logistics functions through strategy, resource optimisation, profitability maximisation, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction
Pivotal and professional qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar Logistics Manager role
- Understanding of Microsoft suite and BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of adaptability as well as organizational skills

- Strong analytical skills with experience in reading Data and making strong decisions.
- Ability to work independently & with multiple departments and stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, with focus on supply-chain management
- Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations (including maritime, over-the-road, rail, customs, and warehousing)
