Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manifest daily deliveries.
- Collaborate with 3PL warehouses to control the movement of stock across Australia.
- Oversee Proof of Delivery (POD) processes across the network.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Officer on inventory control.
- Coordinate with multiple transport companies nationwide to ensure the successful delivery of goods to customers.
- Book transport for the collection of stock from manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in logistics or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with 3PL warehouses and transport companies.
- Proficiency in inventory management and control.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems is an advantage.
