In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Sydney Trains Engineering & Maintenance team to receive, store and distribute materials and goods to support the organisation's infrastructure business requirements.
You will receive materials; inspect for quality and quantity and store in accordance with established procedures to ensure materials remain fit for purpose.
You will process client's material requests and dispatch in accordance with procedures to ensure safe and timely delivery and conduct periodic stocktakes and report on inventory as required by internal and external regulators.
This hands-on role will also see you comply with workplace practices and procedures with the availability to provide support, including on-call support outside of office hours where required across Clyde, Chullora & Strathfield.

About you
You have experience in a warehouse or distribution setting and you are looking for your next move into an organisation with real career growth opportunities and a focus on safe working practices.
You are familiar with inventory management systems and are an independent operator who is also looking to be a part of a close-knit and high-performing team.
You must hold a current drivers licence and forklift licence. A dogman licence would also be highly-regarded for this role.
Our ideal candidate will bring demonstrated knowledge and experience using inventory management systems with extensive experience using SAP.
