Those in our team who make this magic happen are known as our Logistics and Warehouse operators.
Logistic @ Warehouse operators receive completed customer orders from our web site, call centre and fleet team. They then ensure that the right tyres are onboard our Tyre Technicians van in time to fulfill our customers expectations.
This is a diverse and fast paced role focused on customer service and operations.

The Role:
Overall responsibility to oversee your customers order through to fulfilment
- Process and check customer orders as they arrive
- Deal with customer enquiries by phone or email once they have made a booking
- Liaise with the customer to ensure the tyres they have ordered is correct and work with them if an alternative needs to be arranged
- Order tyres and coordinate them to be in the right van for the job
- Schedule your Tyre Technicians as efficiently as possible
- Monitor and optimise availability slots to maximise your Tyre Technicians output
- Ensure that the completion of the job is accurately reflected in the customer invoice
- Work together with your Tyre Technicians, and sales team to make enhance your work life, efficiencies, and customer experience
- Provide feedback and assist to develop processes that improve your efficiency and the customer experience
- Strive to ensure, protect, and promote the MTS brand
- Help allocate tyres in the warehouse
- Full training provided

- An excellent planner who foresees any obstacles to minimise problems
- A great communicator on the phone and in email
