About the role:
We are building a community so you will be working as Concierge, alongside management to facilitate each family's experience. Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Greet parents and families, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Administration office duties such as monitoring emails, answering phones and managing inbound enquiries
- Coordinate and schedule tours for prospective families
- Create and maintain monthly calendars of upcoming events, activities and important dates for families and staff - ensuring diaries and calendars are kept up to date
- Provide administrative support to educators and the management team
- Database and client management
- Facilitate the enrolment process for new families
- Maintain organised filing systems for administrative documents, enrolment records and financial paperwork
- Monitor and manage enrolment numbers, tracking current occupancy and forecasting future capacity needs
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure adequate stock
- Staff auditing, ensuring staff files are up to date and compliant
- Monitor and track expenses against budget allocations
About you:

- Professional communication both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and respond to both new enquiries and families needs
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality, and be looking for diversity in a role
- Be a team player who has the ability to see the bigger picture
- Corporate, professional presentation
- Ideally, have experience in Xplor and ChildCare Management Systems,
- Have previous experience in a similar administration and communications role, for at least 2 years practising in a professional environment.
- Experience in preparing expense reports and managing spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
