As an ecommerce agency with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, we're the masterminds behind many of ANZ’s favourite Shopify and commercetools sites including CAMILLA AND MARC, Aje, Koko Black, Sarah & Sebastian, Ghanda and many more. 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. Whilst primarily based in our Head Office in Melbourne, we offer opportunities for flexible working arrangements. This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires a proactive, energetic approach to supporting the smooth operations of the business. 

About the role:

  • Reporting to the Account Director, you'll bring great energy and enthusiasm to managing our administrative needs, ensuring smooth business operations.

  • Our standard hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, but we're flexible for the right candidate, including offering part-time hours. This ongoing role is perfect for someone eager to immerse themselves in an innovative business and make a real impact in marketing and ecommerce.

Your day may include:

  • Administrative Support – Provide proactive administrative assistance to the team, including preparing reports and proposals, preparing and sending NDA’s and any other administrative tasks as requested by the team.
  • Culture Initiatives and Events - Manage culture initiatives, such as our monthly birthday celebrations, and assist the Marketing team in coordinating team events.
  • Travel - Oversee and manage company travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and other travel needs.
  • Client Management Support - Facilitate smooth client onboarding and handle client reporting as needed.
  • Equipment and Asset Management - Order and distribute equipment, maintaining the asset register to keep track of everything.
  • Finance Support - Assist with expense reconciliations and invoicing.
  • Office and Supplies - Handle office requests and manage the ordering and maintenance of supplies across all office locations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a similar role, managing the administrative tasks in a fast paced working environment

SKILLS

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills 
  • Ability to think critically, creatively and problem solve 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) 
  • High attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to different scenarios and manage complex out of the box enquiries 
  • Friendly outgoing nature and able to engage with a variety of stakeholders
