The Role
They are seeking a sharp and organised Administration Assistant to oversee a variety of front and back of house tasks regarding the day to day operations of the business.
Tasks will revolve around account management, order processing, inventory management, supplier and vendor administration, supply chain and warehouse operations. This will all be managed through the Netsuite platform. Along with this, supporting sales staff with their accounts, processing client and channel partner orders, logistics tracking and supplier account follow up will also be required.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and organised Administration Assistant with a background in small to medium businesses prior. Attention to detail and meticulous data and record keeping will be required, along with great communication skills to facilitate the multitude of interactions with inhouse staff and external contacts the role involves on a daily basis. Previous exposure and familiarity with the Netsuite platform will be highly preferred.
