Are you skilled in navigating the intricacies of motor and property insurance? We're seeking a talented Recoveries Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Recoveries Officer, you'll play a crucial role in resolving collections files within the motor and property insurance space.
What you'll bring:
- In-depth understanding of motor and/or property insurance processes (preferred).
- Proven experience in debt collection or recoveries within the insurance industry.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve disputes with insured parties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Current Australian drivers license.
In this role, you will;
- Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
- Assess liability
- Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
- Provide tailored payment solutions
- Action interaction file notes for every call
- Adhere to compliance frameworks
