Our Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Onsite Maintenance Coordinator to join our expanding team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a diverse and innovative organisation. Reporting into the Service Centre Manager, you will be part of a culture that is supportive, engaging and rewarding, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
Based on site in Ingleburn this role is ideal for a maintenance guru, with proven experience in diagnosing, repair and co ordination to ensure our fleet is readily available daily to achieve our customers needs. You will work as part of a team whilst having the autonomy to complete tasks on a day to day basis.This role is ideal for a trade qualified Mechanic (Heavy or Light or Plant or Auto Electrical) who is keen to step up splitting their time between being mechanically hands on and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and cost effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and repair the cause of machinery and control system malfunctions.
- Maintain equipment and identifying equipment in need of corrective maintenance.
- Perform routine machinery inspections.
- Facilitate operating procedures and equipment technical manuals.
- Manage the delivery of maintenance services as specified in Technical Maintenance Plans.
- General upkeep of vehicles and machinery.
- Perform regular inspections of plant, vehicles and work equipment.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Mechanical Trade Certificate and/or Auto Electrics.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Asset maintenance processes and lifecycle.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant maintenance standards and ability to interpret schematic drawings and equipment specifications.
- Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance work through all phases including warranty, planning, scoping and delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills to be able to manage preventative maintenance.
- Sound analytical and problem resolution skills including the ability to identify defects and assessing the appropriate course of action.
- Current HR Drivers Licence (essential)
