Form of workReliable Asset Maintenance is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to plan and coordinate the delivery of our metro and remote services. The successful candidate will assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers and contractors, working to continuously improve the level of service by ensuring that customer requirements and organisational service targets are met.
Reliable Asset Maintenance is a rapidly growing, family run, trade services company, where the team has over a decade worth of successful experience in the Western Australian market.
This portfolio is spread across a number of industries and will expose the successful candidate to a diverse range of works and sites.
Tasks and duties including but not limited to:• Understanding all services currently offered by the organisation and its providers.
• Developing and maintaining customer and contractor relationships.
• Responding to customer and contractor enquiries over the phone, in person and via email.
• Creating regular reports on service levels and requirements.
• Evaluating overall service level and implementing continuous improvement tactics.
• Liaising with clients to evaluate needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Performing regular follow–ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Using ServiceM8 software to manage client relationships, enter data into databases and review and draft documents.
• Other administration duties as required by the project managers and accounts team.
To be successful in the position you will need:• Experience in a service coordination / administration or other relevant role.
• The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• The ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• The ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Drivers License
