About The Role
We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance team based at Clayton South. As a Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Maintenance team, including coordination of maintenance purchases, invoicing and spare parts. In addition, you will provide continuous improvement and data analyst support to the Openway Food Co maintenance team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of all Maintenance purchase orders
- Stores and delivery control
- Management of spare parts including ensuring they are stocked and in order
- Supervision of contractors; ensuring effective induction and management which coincide with safety and quality regulations
- Coordination of Preventative Maintenance with external service providers as required
- Delivery of documentation, continuous improvement activities and data analysis
About You
Ideally you will have 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing.
You will have:
- Relevant experience with maintenance execution/planning systems
- Excellent organisational, planning, coordination and communication skills
- High-level of computer literacy
- Solid numeracy and literacy skills (reading, writing and verbal communication)
- Motivation to deliver continuous improvement of projects and tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business in order to deliver on outcomes
You will bring to the team your passion, energy, and ability to work collaboratively to provide administrative support across Openway Food.
