We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinators looking to make the next step in their career and join our established team.
EnerMech's Mechanical Handling Services (MHS) division offers specialist capabilities in Cranes and Lifting operations, maintenance & inspections and hydraulic or fluid power engineering solutions.
We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our MHS team. Perth based role working closely with one of our key operating clients. This position will be responsible for the overall planning, preparation, and delivery of Crane Maintenance campaigns, providing leadership and technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Compliance with and accountability for all QHSE standards, policies and procedures (both internal and client)
- Interaction with maintenance planners, onshore facility leadership and site management personnel to ensure optimal maintenance outcomes
- The ability to coordinate multiple contractor organisations to deliver the optimal maintenance outcome.
- Campaign development from initial assessment to close out ensuring compliance with relevant maintenance processes
- Maintenance planning and performance reporting
- Resource allocation to execute works
- Utilise all aspects of SAP maintenance process
- Contribute to budget planning and maintain budget spreadsheets.
- Material checking
- Campaign review and recommendations, in line with continuous improvement practices
- Offshore travel to conduct stakeholder engagement and site support visits.
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator, who has had extensive plant experience in the oil and gas industry.
Other key skills and experience include:
The ability to organise and coordinate resources in an operational environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders
- The ability to organise and coordinate resources in an operational environment
- Knowledge of plant safety, integrity and maintenance processes
- Working knowledge of SAP (preferred) or similar CMMS Systems
- Strong project management or contract support experience
- The ability to coordinate and lead a team
- Strong computer skills
- Previous plant experience in the oil and gas industry; specifically with cranes and lifting equipment (preferred)
