About the Role:
A demanding role that involves erecting, installing, serving and repairing a range of factory machinery, as well as electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems and equipment.
The Key Responsibilities Include:
- Complete maintenance work both planned and unplanned.
- Complete services to machinery which includes working in confined spaces to ensure issues are identified and resolved before they occur.
- Manage inventory of critical spares.
- Ensuring WHS regulations and obligations are followed, and safe work procedures adhered to.
About you:
- Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert 3 Engineering Trade)
- Previous Maintenance Fitter experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced mechanical fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise tasks
