Job Description- Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and facility functionality.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Manage maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Qualifications- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated proficiency in implementing cost-effective maintenance strategies to optimize resources and meet organizational goals.
