The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Time Maintenance Manager to work with one of Assetlink's significant clients. You will supervise the operations of the maintenance team as well as deliver a high level of presentation and maintenance standards. The successful applicant will have proven experience in managing the general maintenance of a large Shopping Centre, Commercial Building or similar large public venue.
This position will be based at Rouse Hill Town Centre in Rouse Hill, NSW 2155 and requires flexibility to work a rotating roster that may include weekends and evenings once a month.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring high levels of maintenance standards are met and exceed contract requirements.
- Managing a small team of maintenance personnel and work together with the Facilities Manager and integrated services team.
- Providing relevant training to staff on site.
- Ensuring WH&S policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintaining compliance standards and quality systems.
- A Trade Qualification and hands on experience
