The Role
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing and executing asset care programs to enable Wicked Sister to meet its quality, safety, productivity and profit objectives by implementing, maintaining, and improving preventative maintenance programs for all sites assets. You will work closely and collaboratively with Production & Warehouse team members and all site stakeholders.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a natural leader, deploying a confident and strong leadership style through engaging communication and interpersonal skills, whilst also possessing the following qualifications & experience:
- Tertiary qualified in engineering, mechanical or electrical
- 5+years experience in a similar role, preferably in the dairy & beverages industry
- Proven track record in engineering or maintenance management
- Demonstrated experience in implementing MEX CMMS
- Strong analytical and incredible problem-solving abilities using RCA & PDCA
- Outstanding people leader, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Capacity to thrive on change, complexity, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity
- Proven experience in leading Capex & Opex Projects to improve plant performance
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across various stakeholder groups
- Ability to adopt a highly agile approach to their work practice
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise
- Independent and autonomous self-starter
