The Scotts Creek Outdoor Centre is a campus of the College located in the Riverland, just outside Morgan, SA. The campus operates to provide outdoor education and experiential camps to students in a safe and supportive environment.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Maintenance Officer to join our team at Scotts Creek, in this part time, permanent position. The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for maintaining the substantial grounds and facilities at the campus, ensuring that the space is safe and well presented. The duties will include general maintenance and preparation of the facilities, as well as maintaining plant and equipment and general gardening.
Experience in a similar role providing general maintenance is required, and qualifications in a relevant trade would be preferred. The ability to work independently whilst maintaining strong and effective communication with a range of stakeholders is essential to the role. We are looking for someone who has great all-round skills and experience, a strong understanding of health and safety and the ability to work as part of a cohesive and professional team.
