About the role:
The Senior Maintenance Officer will work as part of the Neighbourhood Living Team at Kalyra to undertake property services and preventative maintenance, across our property portfolio. The Senior Maintenance Officer will also provide back-up relief for the Maintenance Team and Maintenance Manager during periods of extended leave.
Participation in the Kalyra Maintenance Service after-hours roster will be required, including occasional out-of-hours work to address emergency maintenance issues. Growing positive relationships with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders is a key part of this role.
This role reports directly to the Director Neighborhood Living and would suit someone who would like a permanent full-time role working in a supportive team environment.

About you:
You will be a motivated self-starter who ideally has experience working in a similar role. You'll be confident in using modern technology and be able to manage your time and priorities well to achieve desired outcomes. Most importantly, you'll have exceptional customer service skills to be able to work effectively with our wonderful residents and the wider Kalyra team.
Apart from this we ask that you have the following:
- Current Drivers Licence is essential
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- 3 x COVID vaccinations
- Influenza 2023/2024 vaccination
