ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Gardener/ Maintenance Officer to help maintain our luxury residential buildings in Coolum Beach. This is a permanent part-time role, working 30 hours a week, and is a great opportunity for an energetic all-rounder, providing the opportunity to assist with a variety of tasks while maintaining the gardens of our luxury residential buildings.
Working closely with the building Caretaker and supported by the Administrative Team in our Brisbane head office, your duties will include:
- Contributing to the visual appeal of the property by tending to the gardens and landscaping, ensuring the building is presented to the highest standard
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of common areas, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for residents and guests
- Proactively reporting on potential maintenance needs or issues and escalating these where required
You will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set by assisting the wider Caretaking Team with ad hoc tasks and project works.
