Are you a hands-on, customer-focused MaintenanceOfficer (Handy Person) with minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance?
Come join Team TLC and our regional maintenance team working across our three Geelong sites as required to ensure that our buildings and equipment are safe, functional and visually appealing.
The MaintenanceOfficer (Handy Person) is a full-time ongoing role working Monday to Friday and possible occasional out of hours work such as after 5pm, weekends and public holidays.
What you’ll be doing
- Complete general maintenance and relevant repairs
- Carry out site inspections, minor repairs to fixtures and fittings
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Liaise with sites on maintenance issues and the progress of works
- Provide excellent customer service, communication and have a great attitude
- Assist with other duties when necessary
