TriCare is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer/ Handyman for the James Ommaney a well-established retirement community in the Brisbane West. This position is a permanent offering full-time work capacity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, or handyman tasks.
- Eligibility to work in Australia is essential.
- Possession of a White Card is advantageous.
- MR driving license is advantageous or willing to obtain post-commencement.
- Successful completion of a Police Check is required.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks within set time frames with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation with a proactive approach to all situations..
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

- Competence in performing various general maintenance tasks..
- Excellent verbal communication and respectful interaction with residents, families, colleagues, and contractors.
