About the Role
The Maintenance Officer position assists the Maintenance Manager and Business Manager to ensure the upkeep of College buildings, grounds and equipment. The position contributes to the work safety of College students, staff and visitors. The role is also responsible for the provision of certain services, materials and equipment for the College. Regular communication and consultation are expected to occur with the Maintenance Manager and Business Manager to ensure the work priorities are achieved.

Essential Criteria
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strict adherence to work health and safety principles.
- Effective communication skills.
- Current and valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration.
- Current First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain one.
Desirable Criteria
- Relevant work experience in a similar or related position.
- Elevated Work Platform Licence
- Trade Qualification (preferred).
