About the Role:
We are seeking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the Shutdown team at our Kwinana Pigment Plant on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Shutdown Lead you will be tasked with:
- Assist with development of shutdown procedures and documents.
- Effectively manage the shutdown workflow through the company dedicated CMMS to assist with shutdown preparation and execution.
- Ensure all regulatory/statutory requirements and company standards are incorporated in the shutdown preparation as required.
- Identify isolation requirements to production team, and ensure permitting applications are correctly submitted on schedule during planning stage.
- Development of shutdown work packs, work instructions and schedule.
- Working with maintenance and production team to optimise shutdown plan.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the provision of equipment, materials, and services.
- Undertake shutdown post review, lessons learned and shutdown close-out reporting.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous shutdown or maintenance planning experience in a process plant.
- Maintenance budget & forecast development experience.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work additional hours when required for shutdowns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure in a changing environment.
- Strong function knowledge of effective workflow management.
- Trade background and Post trade technical studies will be an advantage.
