Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily maintenance activities of the Veolia-ResourceCo Alternative Fuels plant. You will ensure that the facility operates efficiently and in compliance with Veolia-ResourceCo standards, operating procedures, EQS standards, and EPA conditions.

• Overseeing daily maintenance in compliance with relevant standards and operating procedures while prioritising on-site safety.

• Implementing continuous process improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance

• Effectively communicating and managing on-site teams and contractors while allocating resources to meet site requirements.

• Operating and monitoring inspection of all plant equipment.

• Reviewing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures (SOP).

• Mechanical trade background and experience in maintaining a processing plant

• Class C/HR Drivers Licence

• First Aid Certificate

• Understanding of Hydraulics and Conveyor Systems

• Working at heights and elevated work platforms

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Forklift, Front End Loader, Excavator or other tickets desirable
