We pride ourselves on fostering a proactive and hands-on culture, and we seek a candidate with proven on-site mobile maintenance expertise in a mining environment.Embrace a fulfilling career with Golding, where the role operates on a balanced 7|7 even time roster, complemented by camp accommodation and meals provided.Key Responsibilities:Provide frontline supervision, ensuring the safe and timely completion of tasks.Source and secure required parts and resources efficiently.Instruct and supervise the workforce to ensure compliance with legislation and procedures.Diagnose equipment faults and implement troubleshooting measures.Execute disassembly and assembly of machinery and components.Conduct routine servicing of equipment in both site workshop and field-based settings.Actively engage in toolbox and safety meetings.Participate in Hazard Identification, risk assessment, and Work Method Statement Reviews.Key Capability Requirements:Possess relevant trade qualifications.Demonstrated experience with heavy mobile earthmoving equipment.Preferred experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.Exemplify a positive attitude towards safety with a commitment to zero-harm.Display self-motivation and a strong work ethic.Showcase sound problem-solving and analytical skills.Embark on a fulfilling career journey with Golding by applying online below.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
