Maintenance Technical Support Engineer

Your future role

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Maintenance Technical Support Engineer to join our growing Parts and Overhauls team at our Ballarat facility. Working within this close-knit team, you will support the maintenance, repairs and overhauls of Train and Tram Fleets from across Australia.

We’ll look to you for:

• Providing Engineering support to the overhaul maintenance of rollingstock fleets.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve overhaul maintenance activities.
• Developing technical documents and manuals.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.

• Be an agile and adaptable team player, who is reliable, committed and happy to help where required.
• Significant experience in a similar role, supporting maintenance and overhaul operations.
• Experience with rail equipment/fleet maintenance will be highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or similar).
