A well renowned global organisation is looking to hire for an Technical Support Engineer to join the company on a contractual basis.
This role is an initial 2-month contract with strong view to extend or for a permanent conversion.
The company has a head office in Melbourne and offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, this role will require attendance to project offices and to do work on-site as required.
This is an exciting role with the opportunity to support end users through an infrastructure and EUC modernisation project, ranging from level 1-3 for hardware, applications and software related issues.
Key Skillsets Required
- 2 + years experience working in an IT organisation in a technical or EUC support role/capacity.
- Expertise in Windows and Apple OS (Windows 10/11; Apple IOS).
- Experience working with AD, Azure, Intune, Mobile Device Management, Cisco Meraki networking and Windows Server Configurations.
- Experience working within ITIL V3/4, ideally at least 2 years.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to support technical and non-technical users at all levels.
