The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team looking after our Quarries business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our key client accounts, understanding our client needs, developing strategic account plans, and fostering long term relationships. If you are a dynamic and client focused professional who excels in building and maintaining client partnerships with a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with key clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements align with company goals.
  • Track and analyse key account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Role Located: Fairfield, NSW

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • A strong understanding of the Construction & Utilities industry and key account management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account plans.
  • Results driven with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
