Management Accountant - 6 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced contract accountant to assist our client with a focus on bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L reviews, month end accounting and reporting.

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor project costs, variances, and financial performance.
• Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the property development industry (preferred but not required).
