Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join our tight-knit Finance Team.In this role, you will assist the business with management accounting for our various companies.
You will ensure accurate information is provided on a timely basis in accordance with the company's policies and legislative requirements. This will include preparation of information to support our monthly management reporting, including bank reconciliations, intercompany loans, and balance sheet accruals. You will assist in the preparation of budgets and analysis of budget versus actuals. You will be adept at identifying and initiating process improvements.
Ultimately, we are seeking your knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and your attitude to want to develop and make a positive impact. We will provide you with the necessary support to develop both personally and professionally. We value your capacity to build meaningful relationships across the business, enabling you to engage with and support our various stakeholders. We want your strength in financial analysis and advice. You will be results driven.
You’ll have tertiary qualifications in accounting and at least 5 years experience in an accountancy position. You will be proficient in the use of MS Excel.

What are the hours?
The position is open to both full time and part-time applicants (minimum 3 days per week). We’re open to both because we are seeking the absolute best person for this role and for our culture. Typical office hours are Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch. Flexible working arrangements are possible.
