Carino Care is a boutique residential Aged Care provider operating four residential care homes located in southern Sydney.

Management Accountant contract position 3-4 months for immediate start with a view to permanent.
The finance team is comprised of five members.
Reporting to the CEO, your focus will be around the following:
- Revenue assurance across all facets of the business
- P&L management
- Provide support with the preparation of the monthly management accounts and forecasts in line with the business models and timelines
- Cash forecast
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and payments
- Creditor and Debtor: resident billing; Aged Care payments
- Liquidity reporting
- Oversee payroll
We are seeking to attract an experienced commercially minded finance professional.
You will possess strong and accurate analysis skills to enable appropriate decision making for business operations. You will be a confident communicator who can engage effectively and clearly explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Remuneration: Depending on experience, $50 - $60 per hour plus casual loading for 38-hour week.
