There are multiple opportunities for Managers in our Melbourne and Sydney offices.
What to expect in the role
As a Manager, you will lead a team that engages directly with clients. You can expect to lead teams and drive projects to:

- Process reengineer critical processes
- Implement major new systems with an organisational model that makes it all work
- Plan a client’s workforce for the future
You will understand the client’s operational issues and challenges, and work collaboratively to develop contemporary, tailored solutions. Once agreed, you may be directly supporting the client and their team to successfully implement the required change.
