Job Description: Manager
Location: Melbourne based.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performing the role of Lead Consultant on projects, including leading engagement with the client
Managing project delivery in accordance with Grosvenor’s Quality Project Delivery Guidance
Overseeing day to day management of the project, either directly or through delegation (delegation does not void accountability), including:
exceeding or meeting deadlines and budget
optimising resourcing (for cost and development)
producing quality deliverables
seeking guidance from Project Director or other staff
managing project administration including invoicing details and subcontractors (if applicable)
acting as primary point of contact for the client
Actively monitoring project budgets and raising potential variations with the Project Director and reporting on
monthly accruals, invoicing etc to Finance Manager
Building capability among project team members by providing guidance and Quality Assurance, including
through involvement of the Project Director or others as required
Being deliberately developmental
Adhering to and upholding the Grosvenor Beliefs
Representing the Grosvenor brand strongly throughout the conduct of the project
Capturing lessons-learnt and providing feedback to the proposal writer regarding the profitability of the project
Identifying and actioning on- or cross-selling opportunities
Identifying and sharing lessons-learnt
Identifying IP/collateral and sharing with Practice Leads & Visible Experts
Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients post projects
