This role is for an experienced Management Rights Couple or individual that will be required to Live onsite and manage a large apartment complex in the city fringe suburb of Pyrmont.

Key Responsibilities
A couple application would involve 1 person on the Building Management side and the other on the Property Management side. An individual application would be on the Building Management side.
Building Manager Role
The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the running of the building and be the primary contact for committee, trades, owners and residents. The Building Manager will have an excellent knowledge of managing trades, building maintenance, report writing and other skills required for the role . A summary of responsibilities include:
- Day to Day operational management including administration and reporting.
- Co-ordination and supervise employees, contractors, trades & services for maintenance including sourcing quotes and management of common property defects and rectification.
- Manage building projects in an organized methodical fashion including preparing scope of works, obtaining quotes, implementation, supervision and review of completed works.
- Management of concierge and cleaning staff
- Development of Maintenance Plans and adherence to program.
- Liaison with Committee of Management & OC, participate in building committee meetings and prepare reports.
- Monitor Compliance issues on site and respond accordingly.
- Develop excellent professional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all duties detailed in the caretaker agreement are followed according to the schedule.
- Ensure risk management, WHS, site safety and inspections are followed in accordance with the relevant Acts.
- Proactive approach to the development of best practices with procedures and policies relating to building management including preventative maintenance programs
Property Manager
This role includes all duties relating to property management, reception and other functions in a Management Rights building. Further details provided on application.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years Building Management experience.
The successful applicant(s) will be flexible in their thinking and have the capacity to multitask and prioritize your work schedule to meet the daily demands of the role. You will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written to manage your residents needs daily.
