Manager And Assistant Manager

We are family-owned business who operates several over 50s lifestyle parks . We are a dynamic team who are committed to supporting the people within our business to grow. Located in the heart of Burpengary Queensland.  , Riverbend Burpengary lifestyle Village and Burpengary Pines Village  is seeking a couple fill the roles of a new Manager and an assistant manger .We have dedicated team to support our managers. We have admin support staff and grounds staff supporting the Assistant manager We further have support from the operational Manager and senior management . Accommodation is provided on site . 

Responsibilities of our Park Management (include but not limited to);

• Manage office and administration. 
• Must be able to manage the residents and tenants including reception, grounds & maintenance, etc.
• Manage after hours, emergencies etc on Park Management days off. 
• Meet all compliance and  regulations of the park.     
• Maximize revenue opportunities & social media / Marketing.
• Financial Management & Reporting &Reporting responsibilities
• Conduct property inspections and site inspections. 
• all other responsibilities associated with park manager role 

Essential Skills / Qualities:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role managing  MHA parks 
• Proven and demonstrated experience in managing staff.
• Strong computer skills, especially in the MS Office Suite
• Previous experience with RMS or similar reservations systems 
• Strong administrative and financial control experience
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Knowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilities.
• Leads By Example / Hands on 
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must hold current national police check

Assistant manager 

Responsibility for Assistant manager is hands on position which requires the following  (includes but not limited to)

• Experienced in property maintenance and general repairs 
• Must be able to perform ground keeping tasks with the grounds staff which includes but not limited to , mowing , trimming , hedging , weeding , landscaping and all other associated task related to the business
• Must have experience in pool maintenance. 
• Experience in the use of outdoor equipment associated & used in the business.
• Proven and demonstrated experience in managing staff.
• Knowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilities.
• Leads By Example / Hands on , work and manage grounds staff 
• Excellent time management skills- 
• Experience in interacting residents and tenants. 
• Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must hold current national police check.
• all other responsibilities associated with park manager role
