About the role
The Manager Business Operations is a new role within the Education Connections Unit. The Manager will lead the team that is responsible for managing administration and operations for the team. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining relationships and services across the Portfolio and is a key liaison point with other operational units within the Division of Education and Students.
If successful in applying for this role, your major functions will include:
• Operations management and supervision
• Project support and reporting
• Governance
• Communication, HR and Financial administrative support

1. Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in the O365 suite.
2. Substantial experience in the design, development, and implementation of high-level administrative processes.
3. Demonstrated project management experience.

5. Capacity to work in a rapidly evolving environment with minimal supervision.

Base Salary Range: $113,282 to $129,017 pa (HEW 8)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis. The team work on a hybrid working arrangement with work from home opportunities.
